Based in TreatMonster’s Stansted office, Niall is Managing Director and founder of TreatMonster.com which is a part of Sigmer Technologies Ltd.
Niall oversees the management and financial areas of the business and his many years’ management and business experience provide the core business skills that are essential for the company.
Working with many of our commercial customers to provide online incentive schemes utilising our successful incentive platform software.
Niall has been managing incentive schemes since 2002 both in the UK and abroad.
Outside of work, Niall has his hands full with his 4 boys, coaches Under 9's at his local Rugby club, plays golf and likes fast cars.
Peter joined us at the beginning of 2006 and brings with him over ten years’ development experience with application and database design and development across web, e-commerce, e-learning and digital television.
Prior to his appointment, Pete held a number of senior positions across development, management and consultancy, both in the U.K. and overseas, developing solutions for companies such as RBS, Lloyds TSB, Nickelodeon, Big Brother, Teletext, The FA and William Hill.
Outside of work, Pete enjoys mountain biking and surfing.

John’s responsibility for Operations includes Sales, Marketing, PR, Product Development and Legal. John draws upon his considerable experience of the development and delivery of packaged and bespoke technology solutions to Commercial and Public-Sector organisations in the U.K., Europe and USA.
He has spent many years in the industry and has a passion for delivering customer service of the highest level. An evangelist for improving quality and efficiency of business operations, John has lead organisational transformation programmes in a number of complex organisations.
Outside of work, John has a passion for sailing and travelling.

Clare comes to us from a hospitality / customer service and Law background and is a stickler on standards, keeping all the admin in check. Clare’s main responsibilities are coming up with cleaver new ideas and overseeing the email marketing side of TreatMonster.
When she’s not at work Clare has a love of cooking and will think nothing of spending 2 hours a night preparing something delicious, she lists her favourite activities as horse riding and shopping!
